Refund Policy

All sales are final and may not be returned or refunded, no exceptions. Defective products may be returned for exchange for the same item only. Submission of product defects must be made within 15 days after delivery. Any defect claims reported after the 15th day will be rejected, no exceptions.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged to be eligible for a defect exchange. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if products do not comply with the previously listed criteria.

It is your responsibility to inspect and report any defects or shortages within 15 days of delivery. Any claims made after that period will be rejected without exception.

To report a defect, you may send an email to masks@bamko.net. No other returns or exchanges will be accepted.
